As you place your order, if you like a certain style but would like it in a different color, please note it in the "Special Instruction" section or give us a call to discuss.
For ALL Delivery orders, please make sure to provide us with the phone to whom the delivery is going to. This is to potentially help our driver locate the address or let the recipient know that we have left the delivery at a specific location.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The arrangement was beautiful. I do however feel it was undervalued with the amount of flowers utilized. Mrs. Green was polite when she called to inform me she would need to make some substitutions because she did not have carnations. That was not a problem and she did use white Lily’s as I requested. The recipient was happy with her birthday flowers. I will order from Green’s Flowers again and will request a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery.
