For ALL Delivery orders, please make sure to provide us with the phone to whom the delivery is going to. This is to potentially help our driver locate the address or let the recipient know that we have left the delivery at a specific location.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I loved the flower arrangement that I ordered. It looked better than the picture. I sent flowers to my coworker who was having a difficult time, and feeling sad. I was hoping the flowers would make her feel better. She said, they are so beautiful that they brightened her day. She posted them on her Facebook page for everyone to see. I will order again from this company. I was truly satisfied with my order. Rhonda
