As you place your order, if you like a certain style but would like it in a different color, please note it in the "Special Instruction" section or give us a call to discuss.
For ALL Delivery orders, please make sure to provide us with the phone to whom the delivery is going to. This is to potentially help our driver locate the address or let the recipient know that we have left the delivery at a specific location.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Thank you for not only the lovely flowers but also same day order and then delivery. Beulah was delightful and I enjoyed my brief conversation as she took my order and deciphered my ‘southern pronunciations’. I think the flowers will add some beauty and pleasure for the person receiving them.
