For ALL Delivery orders, please make sure to provide us with the phone to whom the delivery is going to. This is to potentially help our driver locate the address or let the recipient know that we have left the delivery at a specific location.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

As the plant were sent to a funeral home far from where I live I obviously have not been able to see it, but your customer service has been great.

I love this place. I found it online about a year ago. I walked into the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I order through the website to keep from going in when I'm not available and they have never let me down. I ordered three arrangements on the same day to be delivered the same day and they delivered. On-time and same day. That's what I call on it.
